Job summary

Steinhafels Furniture in New Berlin, WI is hiring a full-time 1st shift mattress assembler at our bedding factory. You will operate machinery to assemble mattresses and box springs, following safety and quality standards.

This role offers hands-on work in a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities include gluing foam layers, assembling springs and upholstery components, and performing material handling and general factory cleanup.

Qualifications

• Experience in mattress assembly or industrial manufacturing preferred.
• Must be able to lift frequently and manually handle materials.
• Ability to operate power tools and equipment used in fabrication.
• Good attendance and punctuality are essential.

Steinhafels Furniture has an immediate opening for a full-time, 1st shift mattress assembler at our bedding factory in New Berlin. This position involves operating machinery for mattress and box spring assembly.

This position requires frequent lifting, carrying and pushing/pulling. Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision. Must have the ability to use various power tools for assembly purposes. Good attendance and punctuality required
