Hanger Bolt & Stud Co. in Indiana is seeking a Warehouse & Materials Manager to oversee inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and warehouse organization. The role works closely with the sales office and follows safety protocols in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle receiving, packing, shipping documents, labeling, and palletizing, while maintaining up-to-date inventory, and using WMS systems. Ideal candidates bring detail orientation, basic math, and familiarity with Word/Excel; forklift

Qualifications

• Candidates should have strong attention to detail and be highly organized.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Warehouse or similar environment experience is preferred.
• Basic math skills are required.
• Basic proficiency with Word and Excel.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).

Responsibilities

• Fulfill orders by picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and proper labeling/storage.
• Receiving and unloading shipments with visual inspection.
• Palletizing finished product boxes.
• Organize the warehouse.
• Materials management.
• Prepare shipping documents and arrange for pickups.
• Follow safety protocols and keep a clean workspace.
