Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Helper to support shipping, receiving and inventory control. The role requires independent work, physical stamina, and ability to read instructions for diverse tasks in a busy warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include handling materials, stocking shelves, moving items with hand tools or a forklift, and ensuring safety compliance. A high school diploma and valid license are needed, with 0–2 years' related experience acceptable.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Pre-employment physical and drug screen required.
• Able to work outdoors and pass a background check.
• 0–2 years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receives, stores, and issues material and supplies to project sites.
• Loads/unloads supplies and moves them to shelving or designated areas; may climb ladders.
• Reads work orders or follows instructions to move materials.
• Opens containers with hand tools as needed.
• Loads into pallets and secures loads for transport.
• Conveys materials using hand truck, dolly, forklift, or equivalent.
• Measures or records units moved on daily sheets; attaches labels as needed.
• Stacks and bands bundles; prepares crates for shipment as required.
• Cleans work area, tools, and equipment and observes safety rules.
