Job summary

Organogenesis is seeking a Warehouse Materials Handler I for our Canton, MA facility. The role supports a dynamic warehouse team, processes invoices and packing slips, tracks inventory, and ensures timely materials flow to production.

The position runs Monday–Friday, 10:00 am–6:30 pm on-site. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ year warehouse/shipping experience, and strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year warehouse and shipping experience is required.
• Experience in life science distribution preferred.
• Strong organizational and inventory skills with attention to detail.
• Good computer skills in receiving entry systems, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Work as a valued member of a Materials Handler team in Warehouse and Distribution.
• Process invoices, packing slips, and freight claims.
• Track inventories in storage.
• Collaborate to resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure timely production materials processing.
• Handle shipping and receiving of hazardous materials.
• Prepare outgoing shipment requests and schedule pickups.
• Label incoming warehouse materials and finished products.
