Job summary

Schnellecke Logistics USA in Woodstock, AL, is hiring a warehouse associate for a 6am–4:30pm shift, Monday through Thursday. You will pack, inspect materials, and ensure quality in a fast-paced warehouse, following manuals and work instructions.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting 30–50 pounds, and adhering to safety policies in hot, humid conditions. Overtime may be needed.

Qualifications

• Must complete an accurate employment application.
• Pass a required drug screen and comply with drug-free policy.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Ability to stand and remain on your feet for the entire shift.
• Frequently walk throughout the warehouse during the shift.
• Regularly lift, carry, push, and pull containers weighing 30–50 pounds.
• Perform repetitive lifting, bending, reaching, twisting, squatting, and overhead movements.
• Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while meeting productivity and quality expectations.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment that may become hot and humid during warmer months.
• Ability to safely perform physically demanding work for 10-hour shifts, including overtime as needed.
• Must wear required PPE and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Time- and quality-oriented processing of all material to repack in the assigned area.
• Execute tasks and processes according to training manuals and work instructions.
• Check for damages of material in the container before packing.
• Escalate deviations.
• Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned by management according to skill level.
