SUMMARY
This position is primarily responsible for processing and shipping all online orders in compliance with state and federal rules, assisting with packing and loading.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- All orders are to be filled according to both operating and compliance standards.
- Ensuring that orders and products included in each order are processed, packaged, and shipped in an accurate manner to comply with the state/jurisdiction the package is being shipped.
- Quality Focused - Making sure that each order has all the correct items listed on the packing list/paperwork provided.

- Maintaining and organizing adequate shipping supplies.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three months of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10s and 100s. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
COMPUTER SKILLS
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have above-average knowledge of Microsoft Suite, CRM systems, Point of Service Systems; Internet Software.
