Job summary

CTDI is seeking a Material Handler for the first shift in our on-site Texas facility. You will perform pick/pack/ship duties, packaging, labeling, and basic warehouse tasks to support production and distribution.

This role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Execute foundational tasks within a warehouse environment including packaging, unpackaging, put away, sorting, staging, picking, shipping and preparing units for production.
• Cut open boxed inventory in the storage area or on the rack.
• Place open boxes on the appropriate shelf of the flow rack.
• Walk the length of the flow rack.
• Wrap cords neatly and securely, ensuring they are tangle-free.
• Assist with labeling, tagging, or color-coding wrapped cords as needed for easy identification.
• Consistently meet or surpass daily production and quality goals.
• Complete required paperwork, forms, or digital records accurately and promptly for documentation purposes.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation.
• Responsible for following warehouse safety regulations.
• All other duties assigned, based on the business the warehouse supports.
