Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Ability to be a team player and able to work within a diverse work environment.
• Able to maintain professional relationships across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Work within contract performance guidelines and quality standards.
• Accurately pick/pack, audit, tote induction, staging, and loading/unloading of trucks.
• Handle daily paperwork such as picking sheets, returns, and bills of lading.
• Provide support for automated packing systems during production shifts.
• Adhere to safety policies and perform other duties as assigned.
