Job summary

As a Material Handler, you will operate forklifts, assist in receiving and shipping, and support continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining high accuracy in order fulfillment and documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with good follow-up practices.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Adhere to performance measurement guidelines of the contract.
• Accurately pick, pack, audit, tote induction, and load/unload trucks.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse environment (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Provide maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shift hours.
