Job summary

PDS Tech Commercial seeks a Warehouse Material Handler in Tempe, AZ to move materials through the warehouse and support operations. The role carries a $19.00/hr rate with weekend shifts; safety, dependability, and following procedures are essential.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, transporting within the storage area, and maintaining organization to meet team goals. Training for forklift operation may be provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment, including forklifts (training may be provided).
• Strong attention to safety and ability to follow established procedures.
• Dependability and commitment to working with a positive attitude.
• Experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting (preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials from trucks, trains, or aircraft using equipment such as hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, and conveyors.
• Safely and efficiently transporting materials within the storage facility to designated areas.
• Maintaining organization and ensuring materials are in the correct locations.
• Following established guidelines and instructions to carry out daily responsibilities.
• Supporting overall warehouse operations to help meet team goals and timelines.
