Job summary

ABB in New Jersey is hiring a warehouse associate to handle finished products for shipment. You will sort, store, pick, pack and move goods following ABB safety guidelines and standard processes.

Proficiency with SAP/KBM ERP is expected, and you will work 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, forklift certification, ability to stand 8 hours and lift up to 40 pounds, plus 1–2 years of warehouse experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certification required.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 40 pounds.
• 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Executes the assigned work according to workflows and ABB standard processes and safety guidelines.
• Sorts and arranges material for storage per guidelines.
• Performs routine activities per established procedures.
• Picks components from stock for dispatch, final packing on pallets, transports boxes, and other warehouse tasks.
• Operates within SOPs and maintains a clean work area.
• Maintains professional behavior with approachability, patience and respect.
• Utilizes ERP systems (SAP/KBM).
• All other duties as assigned.
