Job summary

Bob's Discount Furniture is seeking a Returns Material Handler to unload product deliveries and organize inventory. You will work with the team to safely unload returned merchandise, place items on the unloading floor, and transfer them to the proper checking areas.

The role requires operating equipment like forklifts and cherry pickers while maintaining a clean, safe environment. We value proactive communication, basic reading/writing of procedures, and the ability to handle up to 250 lb

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience in a Warehouse environment.
• Able to work flexible hours as determined by the department, including weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move objects up to 250 lbs with or without accommodations.

Responsibilities

Job TitleReturns Material HandlerJob OverviewThe Returns Material Handler is responsible for unloading product deliveries and assisting with organizing and maintaining existing inventory. The Returns Material Handler will work with the team to ensure all returned merchandise is unloaded safely and carefully to avoid injury and product damage. All pieces must be placed on the unloading floor in the proper area for checking.
