Job summary

Schnellecke Logistics USA in Woodstock, AL is seeking a warehouse associate to support time- and quality-focused repacking in the assigned area. You will follow training manuals and work instructions to execute tasks efficiently.

This role requires standing for the full shift, frequent walking in a fast-paced warehouse, lifting 30–50 pounds, and wearing PPE while meeting productivity and safety standards. The shift runs 6:00am-4:30pm, Monday-Thursday, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Complete a true and accurate employment application.
• Successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
• Perform a physical standards test and be eligible to badge with MBUSI (if applicable).
• Stand and remain on your feet for the entire shift.
• Walk frequently throughout the warehouse during the shift.
• Regularly lift, carry, push, and pull containers weighing 30–50 pounds.
• Perform repetitive lifting, bending, reaching, twisting, squatting, and overhead movements.
• Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while meeting productivity and quality expectations.
• Wear required PPE and follow all safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Time and quality-oriented processing of all material to repack in the assigned area.
• Execution of tasks and processes according to training manuals and work instructions.
• Check for damages of material in the container before packing.
• Escalation of deviations.
• Miscellaneous tasks assigned by management in accordance with skill level.
