Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking a Material Handler to load, unload, and move materials, while maintaining inventories and ensuring accurate records.

You will rotate through line positions and handle shipping/receiving duties, with emphasis on safety and quality in a fast-paced dairy setting. Responsibilities include stocking, palletizing, and maintaining clean work areas, plus contributing to efficient warehouse space usage and production worksheet interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Loads and unloads materials and product from trucks.
• Rotates inventory and maintains accurate inventories and required records.
• Transports materials and product from storage or work sites to designated areas.
• Maintains internal and external warehouse inventories and supplies.
• Completes all shipping and receiving record keeping, tagging, and documentation.
• Utilizes and coordinates warehouse racking and space to maximum efficiency.
• Read and comprehend production worksheets.
• Keep work area neat, clean, and organized at all times.
• Make productive use of down time.
• Attends various mandatory safety and departmental meetings.
• Able to rotate into all positions on the line.
• Box and palletize boxes according to instructions with accurate counts and proper identification.
