Job summary

Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Apopka, Florida is hiring Warehouse Material Handler roles across the US distribution network. Positions pay weekly at $19.95 per hour plus $1.00 per hour shift premium, with benefits starting after 30 days.

Responsibilities include loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and forklift operation, plus cycle counting. Candidates should have forklift credentials and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year warehouse and/or forklift experience preferred.
• Valid forklift operator license.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Flexible schedule with varying shifts.
• Detail oriented with good follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse function, including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Adhere to performance guidelines of the contract.
• Accurate picking/packing, auditing, tote induction, staging, and loading/unloading of trucks.
• Handle day-to-day warehouse paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Provide technical/maintenance support for automated packing system during core shift hours.
