Bridgework-Partners is hiring a Warehouse Associate / Material Handler in Flower Mound, TX. Pay is $15.50/hr with weekly pay for a fast-paced environment that handles loading, unloading, staging, packing, and shipping.

You will move materials using pallet jacks, scan inventory, and verify orders while keeping a clean, safe workplace. The role offers steady hours, a Monday-Thursday schedule, and growth potential.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months of warehouse, material handling, or inventory experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Experience using manual pallet jacks preferred.
• Comfortable in a physically active, loud warehouse environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload merchandise from conveyors, pallets, and staging areas.
• Move materials and products throughout the warehouse using manual pallet jacks.
• Stage products and inventory for picking, packing, and shipping.
• Unpack, sort, count, and organize incoming products.
• Pick and place products into totes while maintaining order accuracy.
• Use scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory movement.
• Audit orders and shipments for quantity and quality accuracy.
• Resolve shortages and locate missing or incorrect items.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
