The role trains new teammates, ensures proper safety and quality standards, and handles order fulfillment by retrieving and stacking product on pallets along a conveyor and pick area. Qualifications

• Knowledge acquired through up to 12 months of work experience.
• PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) Certification: Pallet Jack
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and place quantities of product onto pallets safely and efficiently.
• Assist in onboarding and training of new hires with feedback to management.
• Transport pallets via Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) safely.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and perform PIT daily checks.
• Correct mistakes as directed by the checker and support daily operations.
