Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated is hiring a Warehouse Material Handler II to support order fulfillment and palletization in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will train new teammates, ensure adherence to build strategies, quality expectations, and safety protocols, and operate material handling equipment to move products efficiently.

The role requires lifting up to 75 lbs, collaborating with the team, and maintaining accurate inventory and packaging standards in a noisy, non-temperature-controlled

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include up to 12 months of work experience.
• PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) Certification: Pallet Jack.

Responsibilities

• Retrieves and places quantities of product onto pallets safely and efficiently.
• Attends instructor-led training and assists in onboarding.
• Operates a PIT pallet jack to move pallets within the warehouse.
• Maintains cleanliness and housekeeping in assigned areas.
• Performs daily PIT checks and reports issues promptly.
• Performs other duties to support warehouse operations.
• Supports cross-functional needs in a dynamic environment.
