Ryder System, Inc. is hiring for a Permanent Full Time Warehouse Line Lead in Jurupa Valley, CA. You will join a safety‑driven team working with state‑of‑the‑art equipment and fast weekly pay.

The role emphasizes accuracy in pulling and staging orders, operating forklifts, and following WMS instructions. Training is provided, PTO begins Month 1, and a 401(k) match plus employee discounts are available. Applicants must meet the listed requirements and be able to lift up to 50 lb, read and follow

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum two years in warehouse and powered industrial lift experience.
• Ability to read, understand English for safety and work instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Ability to input data into computer system.
• Work overtime as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret, and apply WMS order instructions.
• Recognize and correct potential process errors before actions affect customers.
• Recognize damaged product and take appropriate action.
• Pull orders accurately as assigned.
• Stage orders and verify pallets and locations.
• Prepare receiving, storage and shipping documentation with product accountability.
• Follow safety and security policies and procedures.
• May train others and operate powered industrial lift equipment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Ability to read, do basic mathematics, understand and respond to written and verbal instructions in English for the purposes of safety, work instructions, policies, etc.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret, and apply Warehouse Management System (WMS) order instructions
• Recognize and correct potential process errors before actions adversely affect the customer
• Recognize damaged product at any point in the warehousing process and take appropriate action when discovered.
• Pull orders accurately as assigned
• Stage orders according to carrier location and verify: number of pallets picked as well as stage location
• Prepare receiving, storage and shipping documentation retaining product accountability throughout the logistical process
• Be aware of and follow location and work center Safety and Security policies and procedures
• May be required to train others in various warehouse functions, including the safe operation of various powered industrial lift equipmen, perform housekeeping duties and other duties as assigned
• Operate fork-lift equipment or other warehouse machinery
