Job summary

First Solar Inc. is seeking a Material Handler I at our Gaffney, SC facility to ensure safe, efficient handling of materials in the warehouse and shipping dock.

You will receive, store, cycle count, and distribute materials, tools, and products while ensuring accuracy in Oracle transactions to support a smooth supply chain. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 1 year of sit-down forklift experience within the last 4 years, and experience with RF scanners and warehouse management

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of sit-down forklift experience in the past 4 years preferred.
• Experience in a warehouse or material handling role (6+ months) preferred.
• Experience with industrial equipment operation.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Basic mathematical and organizational skills.
• Experience with warehouse management software and inventory systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with shipping/receiving documents and RF scanners.
