Job summary

Horton Emergency Vehicles, a Terex Corporation member, is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Grove City, OH to support production through inventory accuracy and material movement. You will handle parts, WIP, and mail deliveries, operate forklifts, and maintain documentation per procedures.

Requirements include 3 years in a warehouse, forklift experience preferred, attention to detail, data entry skills, and a valid Ohio driver's license.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years- experience in warehouse environment.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Attention to detail.
• Proficient in computer use for data entry, part scanning or transacting, printing of picklist and schedule review.
• Meet minimum standards of safety and housekeeping per assigned department.
• Have a valid Ohio Driver's License.
• Ability to read metric tape measures and use measuring devices.
• Ability to perform all operations within acceptable inventory accuracy, quality and time standards.
• Must have the ability to read, write, and perform mathematical computations at a level required for successful job performance.
• Box Truck operating experience

Responsibilities

• Maintains Inventory Accuracy.
• Moves parts, WIP or finished product and delivers mail packages to various department locations and/or warehouse locations.
• Operates material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, rolling carts or forklifts.
• Maintains the required documentation of all parts and materials moved in accordance with the specified procedures.
• Drives in various road conditions, small roadways, highways.
• Ensures work areas and other designated work areas are maintained in a safe and neat manner.
• Ensure all material and inventory remains properly identified and stored free from damage or deterioration.
• Assists with the training and instruction of new employees who may be assigned to this area.
