Job summary

BTD Manufacturing is seeking a warehouse associate to support daily operations at our Minnesota facility. The role involves basic warehouse duties, putting away goods, and loading/unloading trailers to keep shipments moving efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Put product away and store finished goods and raw materials as required.
  • Load and unload trailers and maintain basic warehouse operations knowledge.
  • Follow safety policies, report hazards, and contribute to safety improvements.
  • Maintain orderly work area and contribute to efficient material handling processes.

Summary

This individual assists in maintaining Warehouse operations by knowing basic Warehouse knowledge, putting away product, and load/unload trailers. Stores finished products and raw material in the warehouse as required.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Graduation from high school or equivalent.

Experience and Skills Required
  1. Strong working knowledge of the equipment, materials, methods and practices used in material handling and warehouse operations is helpful.
  2. Working knowledge of related safety equipment to include proper use of safety equipment and proper safety precautions (forks down, no climbing racks, using walkway doors, etc.).
  3. Ability to organize, coordinate and perform material handling activities in a warehouse environment.
  4. Ability to understand, follow and issue routine oral and written instructions.
  5. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.

Compensation Salary Range

Compensation Salary Range: OTC4: $21.13 - $29.56 per hour. The range for this position is being displayed in compliance with all state and local regulations. Salaries are set based on a number of factors to include an individual's job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education. This means that no two candidates are alike. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. The range provided above does not include additional compensation such as bonus, health benefits, vacation, 401(K) match, etc.
