Job summary

The Warehouse Material Handler at Coca-Cola Consolidated in Norfolk handles order fulfillment by retrieving and stacking product per pick tickets, while ensuring safety, accuracy, and efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will operate a PIT pallet jack, build stable pallets, and collaborate with the team to meet daily goals in a noisy, non-temperature-controlled setting.

Qualifications

• Up to 12 months of work experience.
• PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) Pallet Jack certification.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in a noisy, non-climate controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and place quantities of product onto pallets safely and accurately.
• Transport pallets with a pallet jack to different warehouse areas.
• Assist with warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping.
• Perform daily PIT checklist and report issues.
• Correct mistakes as directed to ensure correct quantities.
• Support additional duties to keep warehouse operations efficient.
