Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc is seeking a Material Handler for the 1st shift, 7:00am-5:30pm, in Moncks Corner, South Carolina. You will move material and inventory, use hand trucks and scanners, and support operations to keep processes running smoothly.

The role requires basic math, reading safety instructions, and at least 1 year in a warehouse, with a team-focused, safety-conscious mindset. Overtime may be available.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to do basic math calculations, with and without a calculator.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions and procedural documents.

Responsibilities

• Move material and inventory throughout the facility to support operations.
• Use hand trucks, conveyors or other material handling equipment.
• Perform duties such as packing, scanning, kitting or counting products.
• Verify orders, label products and use a handheld scanner.
• Adhere to the 7S program and maintain a clean environment.
• Work safely to protect yourself and team members.
