Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, plus 1 year of production experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Prior forklift experience preferred.
• Certified to drive material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, pick and distribute materials and products within the plant.
• Read production schedules and orders to determine items to move and load.
• Transport materials between receiving, production, storage and shipping areas.
• Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or bins according to product code and size.
• Prepare and log counts, track inventory, and log incoming/outgoing loads.
• Operate manual and automated material handling equipment safely.
