Job summary

Chattanooga Goodwill is seeking a Material Handler for our Chattanooga, TN warehouse to support loading/unloading, material sorting, and equipment operation while upholding our mission and safety standards.

You will follow training, maintain a clean, organized workspace, and meet daily production goals. A high school diploma or GED and basic math skills are preferred; ample opportunities for growth and employee perks are provided.

Responsibilities

• Support Goodwill's mission and follow guiding principles.
• Maintain confidentiality of agency, employee, and participants.
• Punctual and dependable attendance.
• Perform tasks per training, e-learning, and work instructions.
• Adhere to policies and security practices.
• Load and unload Goodwill trucks and trailers.
• Operate forklift if trained and qualified (where required).
• Meet daily production goals.
• Keep work area neat and organized.
• Attend training and meetings as required.
