Job summary

Dal-Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries, is seeking an entry level material handler for the D Shift in El Paso, TX. You will support daily warehouse operations including order picking and forklift tasks to help move products efficiently.

This role requires basic English, the ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and reliable teamwork. Training and advancement opportunities exist within the Dal-Tile and Mohawk family, with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; forklift certification required.
• 1 year of warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to read and speak basic English; good communication and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial trucks to pick customer orders.
• Convey orders to packing or shipping areas.
• Pull/assemble customer orders and check outbound shipments.
• Perform inventory stock checks and restock materials.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Report accidents or unsafe conditions per safety program.
