Job summary

My CNH Reman in Springfield, MO is seeking a Material Handler to receive, store, and ship materials in our facility. You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, pick and pack orders, and move items between docks and production areas.

You will maintain inventory records, assist with cycle counts, ensure safety and quality standards, and work with IT systems to track product. Strong reliability and teamwork are essential. This full-time role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or HiSet is required.
• Regular, predictable attendance is essential.
• Ability to read, write and comprehend SDS, GHS labels, and JSA.
• Able to work with computers and wear PPE.
• Capable of sitting, standing, bending, and lifting up to 49 lbs occasionally and 30 lbs constantly.
• Must attain forklift license.
• Team player and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Follow all work instructions.
• Operate manual and electric pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Pull orders from inventory and deliver materials per production orders.
• Maintain stock and orderly material storage.
• Complete pre-use inspections on material handling equipment.
• Load and unload incoming/outgoing material.
• Move material to docks, trucks, and production areas.
• Post pick sheets, transfer stock, and research historical inventory data.
• Follow safety rules and regulatory requirements.
