Job summary

Ledcor is seeking an experienced Warehouse Material Handler to ensure smooth warehouse operations in Fort Smith, Arkansas. You will manage the daily flow of materials, including accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory control, while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities include verifying materials, operating forklift safely, supporting technicians, and building strong relationships with field staff to meet warehousing needs in a dynamic telecom service context.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse experience; Telecommunications industry experience preferred
• Experience handling inbound and outbound stock
• Able to thrive in a dynamic environment with evolving customer demands
• Proven ability to establish and nurture relationships at all organizational levels
• Forklift Operator Certification is considered an asset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft products

Responsibilities

• Verify incoming and outgoing materials
• Efficiently manage shipping and receiving processes
• Operate the forklift as required with precision and safety
• Maintain inventory control and select orders accurately
• Assist technicians with loading materials to meet their needs
• Ensure the warehouse is safe, clean, and waste is disposed of properly
• Build and maintain strong relationships with our field technicians to meet their warehousing demands
