Job summary

The Vollrath Company in Wisconsin is hiring for a warehouse associate responsible for staging components, preparing paperwork, and ensuring accurate transactions. You will support inventory control and shipment preparation, while maintaining safe, efficient material flow in a manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates have forklift experience (certification a plus) and basic computer skills, including ERP familiarity.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification is required or willing to obtain it.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office; experience with ERP software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Stage components for production and assembly as needed.
• Prepare paperwork and perform transactions accurately and on time.
• Conduct inventory activities to maintain high accuracy.
• Keep prime locations stocked and assist with loading/unloading.
• Receive materials and ensure correct placement for efficient flow.
• Follow work orders, schedules, and procedures as directed by supervisor.
• Develop and maintain department procedures and standard work.
• Operate powered industrial trucks safely and efficiently.
• Prepare products and customer orders for shipment.
• Assist production in other areas as required.
