U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., seeks a warehouse associate to load/unload tires and auto parts in a fast-paced facility in Florida. You will operate a forklift or picker, use scanners for put-away, and help manage inventory with cycle counts.

You must be comfortable lifting 50 pounds consistently (80 pounds occasionally) and working at heights up to 25 feet. Overtime may be required, and safety is a core priority. Training and on‑the‑job development are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
• 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
• Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.
• Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds - working with barrels and industrial/agricultural tires.
• Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment and maintaining safety standards.
• Abide by all Company safety policies and state and federal transportation regulations and manufacturing guidelines.
• Ability to pass forklift certification
• Willing to work overtime as needed
• Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Successfully pass a pre‑employment drug test (do not test for THC / marijuana)

Responsabilités

• Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment
• Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control
• Lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally up to 80 pounds; team lifts or mechanical aids for heavy tires
• Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when handling barrels or tires
• Work at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment
• Be on the move and work on your feet for extended periods; overtime as needed
• Contribute to a culture of safety and adhere to policies and procedures
• Onboard and train new hires
• Support Operation Leaders in guiding team members through tasks
• Assist with inventory cycle counts and adjustments
• Assist with ecomm and will call as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
