Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated, Johnson City location, is hiring a Warehouse Material Handler to fulfill customer orders by building stable pallets and moving them with a powered pallet jack. This role focuses on safety, accuracy, and efficient warehouse operations in a noisy, non-temperature controlled environment.

The position requires PIT certification and up to 12 months of related experience, with training provided to support growth within America’s largest Coca-Cola bottler.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months of work experience.
• PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) Certification: Pallet Jack.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Retrieves and places quantities of Cases of Product onto a pallet as instructed by the Pick Ticket, ensuring safe handling and stable pallets.
• Transports pallets around the warehouse using a pallet jack.
• Assist in warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping as needed.
• Perform daily PIT checklist and report issues to management.
• Correct mistakes as identified by the checker for product and quantity.
• May perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.
• Support efficient operations in a dynamic environment.
