Johnson Brothers of Rhode Island is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler to accurately fill orders and manage inventory. The role runs Monday through Thursday with a 5pm start and extends until completion, offering a four-day work week approach.

Compensation starts at $23.00/hour with potential to earn up to $29.00/hour through incentive opportunities, plus a strong benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, parental leave, PTO, paid holidays, and disability coverage.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening (background check, drug test, and physical).

Responsabilités

• Fill and transfer product to maintain accurate inventory.
• Maintain set standards for picking orders.
• Safely operate manual and power equipment.
• Load and unload product efficiently and safely.
• Check product and packaging quality prior to shipping.
• Review orders for shipment accuracy.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Our Warehouse Material Handler is responsible for properly filling orders for customer’s accounts, ensuring that all items ordered are received.

Shift:

Monday-Thursday, 5pm start until complete

4 day work week!!

Pay:

$23.00/hour. Team members can make up to $29.00/hour through additional incentive opportunities.

Duties:

• Issue, receive, pick and transfer product to maintain accurate inventory.
• Maintain set work standards for picking orders.
• Safely operate and utilize manual and power equipment.
• Loading and unloading of product in an efficient and safe manner.
• Check product and packaging for quality purposes prior to shipping.
• Reviews orders for shipment to ensure accuracy.
• Other warehouse duties and activities as assigned.

Basic Requirements:

• Must be a minimum of 18 years old
• Have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to work independently, be self managed and motivated to meet deadlines
• Ability to pass the pre-employment screening: background check, drug test, and physical
