Job summary

Graybar is seeking a Zone/Service Center Warehouse Material Handler to ensure products are received, stored, picked, packed and shipped efficiently. The team uses a Warehouse Management System to track inventory and orders, with focus on safety and accuracy.

Responsibilities include operating pallet jacks and forklifts, receiving material, packing shipments and performing cycle counts in a professional, safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age
• No fear of heights
• 4+ years warehouse experience preferred
• Prior large warehouse experience using a warehouse management system preferred

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts and push carts
• Receive and store incoming material in accordance with warehouse management system process
• Select, pack and palletize shipments
• Sort and pack less-than-truckload shipments, conduct cycle counts
• Maintain clean warehouse including following all safety procedures and performing daily safety inspections
