Job summary

Graybar Electric Company in Youngstown, OH is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler to ensure products move smoothly from receiving to shipping. You will receive, store, select, pack and palletize inventory using our Warehouse Management System and follow safety procedures.

The role runs Monday through Friday, 11:00am–8:00pm, with a pay rate of $18.19 per hour. Candidates must be 18+, pass pre-employment physical testing, and be able to lift and work in varied temperatures.

Qualifications

Minimum age of 18 required.
2+ years experience preferred.
Prior large warehouse experience using a warehouse management system preferred.
Must pass pre-employment physical testing.
No fear of heights.

Responsibilities

Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts and push carts.
Receive and store incoming material in accordance with warehouse management system process.
Select, pack and palletize shipments.
Sort and pack less-than-truckload shipments, conduct cycle counts.
Maintain clean warehouse including following all safety procedures and performing daily safety inspections.
