Job summary

Graybar Jacksonville Warehouse is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler to receive, store, select, pack and ship inventory using a Warehouse Management System. Roles include operating pallet jacks, forklifts, and push carts, with emphasis on safety and accurate cycle counts.

Preferred candidates have 2+ years of warehouse experience, pass pre-employment physicals, and can lift/move loads in varying temperatures. This is a full-time role with consistent day shift hours in Jacksonville, FL.

Qualifications

• 2+ years warehouse experience preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment physical testing.
• Ability to lift and move heavy loads in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts and push carts.
• Receive and store incoming material in accordance with warehouse management system process.
• Select, pack and palletize shipments.
• Sort and pack less-than-truckload shipments, conduct cycle counts.
• Maintain clean warehouse including following all safety procedures and performing daily safety inspections.
