Qualifications

• Able to operate forklift, hand truck, and pallet jack.
• Read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Read, comprehend, and complete basic checklists, forms, or other related documents.
• Be consistently punctual and reliable.
• Balance team and individual responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks using equipment such as hand truck, pallet jack, or forklift.
• Read customer orders/work orders to determine items to move, gather, or ship.
• Verify and note count/condition of cargo, decide to accept or reject with notation.
• Record documents in appropriate forms/logbooks.
• Perform forklift duties and cube basic loads.
• Assist in warehouse maintenance tasks (sweeping, storing equipment).
• Perform required pre/during/post-operation maintenance and reports.
• Maintain and protect all property in good condition.
• Scan outbound shipments for accuracy and quality control.
• Perform load proof (pictures).
• Ensure procedures are followed to properly control products.
• Identify damaged items staged in outbound bays.
• Inspect outbound products for quality assurance.
