Job summary

Kelly Professional & Industrial is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler for a global automotive manufacturer and warehouse in Santa Teresa, NM. The role involves loading and unloading shipments, operating forklifts, picking and transporting materials, and ensuring inventory accuracy.

The position offers $15/hour for first or second shifts, Monday through Friday with occasional overtime on Saturdays, weekly pay, and benefits from day one, including health, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Qualifications

  • Bilingual in Spanish/English is preferred.

  • Willingness to be cross-trained in any warehouse area.

What’s a typical day as a Warehouse Material Handler? You will be:

  • Ensuring that all inbound and outbound shipments are physically loaded and unloaded (20-40lbs)
  • Operating forklifts or material handling equipment, once trained and certified
  • Picking, staging, and transporting materials within the warehouse
  • Palletizing, depalletizing, and repackaging products
  • Performing scanning and system transactions to ensure accuracy
  • Assisting with inventory accuracy and participating in cycle counts
  • Supporting efficient receiving and shipping operations
  • Sorting, washing, and handling totes across various areas
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Flexibly supporting cross-functional warehouse needs as priorities shift
