Premier Truck Rental in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Material Handler to ensure accurate receipt of inbound parts and timely kits for operations. You will unload shipments, verify contents, package parts for transfer, and manage returns in Dynamics 365.

This full-time role requires forklift certification, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in warehouse operations, inventory management, or material handling.
• Forklift certification or experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound shipments safely and verify contents against packing list.
• Kit parts for operations to ensure availability.
• Prepare shipping documents and package parts for transfer to external facilities.
• Manage returns in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and obtain refunds.
• Participate in annual physical inventory of parts.
• Follow the change management process for master data of parts, including labeling bin locations and barcoding.
• Maintain forklift certification and operate the forklift safely.
• Follow the 5S process to maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
• Promote safety practices and identify hazards in the workspace.
• Support the shop with work orders, parts picking, and verification.
• Maintain documentation accuracy for picking, shipping, and receiving; conduct cycle counts.
• Assist in daily inventory control and data recording.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
