Job description

POSITION SUMMARY

U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships. The schedule for this position is Monday thru Friday 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM or until work is completed, plus rotating Saturdays. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as forklift or picker equipment.
  • Use scanners to locate and put away tires, and assist with inventory control.
  • Consistently lift 50 pounds throughout the shift and occasionally up to 80 pounds; perform team lifts or use mechanical equipment for commercial tires; exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.
  • Operate safe at heights of up to 25 feet while working with equipment and stock racks.
  • Remain on the move and be willing to work on your feet for extended periods, including overtime as needed.
  • Contribute to a culture of safety by adhering to all safety policies and operating procedures.
  • Assist other departments, such as e‑commerce, inventory, and will call, depending on business needs.
  • Perform any other job‑related tasks as instructed by the supervisor, subject to reasonable accommodations.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be physically able to lift, push, and operate equipment safely. Frequently lift products weighing up to approximately 50 pounds, occasionally up to 80 pounds, and exert a pushing force up to 40 pounds. Handle commercial tires using team lifts or mechanical equipment. Work at heights up to 25 feet. Protective equipment required: steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, and a self‑retracting lifeline (SRL). The employee may be exposed to weather conditions, moderate noise, and fumes associated with tires, car parts, and lubricants.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • 1 year of warehouse, logistics, or relevant experience.
  • Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.
  • Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds and work with barrels and industrial/agricultural tires.
  • Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment.
  • Abide by all company safety policies and state/federal transportation regulations.
  • Ability to pass forklift certification.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.
  • Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
  • Team‑oriented work style.
  • Successful completion of a pre‑employment drug test (non‑THC).
