Ryder is hiring a Permanent Full Time Warehouse Material Handler in Jeffersonville, IN. The role pays $22.63 per hour plus a $1.00 shift premium and includes on-the-job paid training, medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, PTO, and employee discounts.

Duties cover picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and forklift operation, with adherence to safety standards. Requirements include one year of related warehouse experience, a valid forklift license, and proficiency with Manhattan

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more related warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse tasks including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and forklift operation.
• Maintain accuracy in tote induction, staging, and loading/unloading trucks.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork such as picking sheets, returns, and bills of lading.
• Provide support for automated packing system during core shift hours.

Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly

• Hourly Pay: $22.63 per hourplus $1.00 per hur shift premium

Under supervision of Production Supervisor, this position is responsible to systematically claim all units and any required Return to stock parts from the following areas Recertification, Depot, Refurbish, Customization, Supply recertification, Hardware Kitting, Parts Kitting and rework.

Products being Handled: Printers

Requirements: Previous experience using Manhattan Scale, RF Scanners, and performing Cubic Scans, Experience using Excel, Word, Powerpoint

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One (1) year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse function, which may include loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and, cycle counting
• Performing duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract
• Responsible for the accurate picking and packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products and loading and unloading of trucks
• Responsible of dealing with day to day paperwork in a warehouse environment (i.e. picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.)
• Provide technical and maintenance support for different aspects related to the automated packing system during the core shift hour of production
• Performing duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract
• Performs other duties as assigned.
