Job summary

Caliberr Staffing is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler to join our team in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. You will manage movement, loading, and arrangement of stock, with repetitive lifting tasks up to 55 lbs.

Key duties include assembling orders, operating electric pallet jacks, and using RF scanners to maintain accurate inventory. Candidates should be reliable, able to work 8–10 hour shifts, and eligible to work 18+.

Qualifications

• Full training provided for warehouse processes and equipment.

Core Responsibilities

• Assemble customer orders by selecting cases with precision to create secure, stable pallets.
• Operate electric pallet jacks to efficiently transfer freight on and off transport vehicles.
• Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by keeping storage zones tidy and ensuring walkways remain clear.
• Utilize handheld RF scanning technology to record inventory transitions and maintain accurate stock levels.

Required Qualifications

• Background: Prior work in order selection, general warehouse operations, or forklift driving is beneficial, though we provide full training.
• Physical Capability: You must be able to regularly lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 55 lbs to ensure operational success.
• Schedule: Openness to working 8 to 10-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with options for day (6:30am-5pm) or evening (12pm start) hours.
