Job summary

Uline Wisconsin distribution center is seeking a Warehouse Manager for overnight shifts at the Pleasant Prairie facility. You will lead a dedicated team in a 1,000,000-square-foot operation stocked with over 43,000 shipping, industrial and packaging products, ensuring safe, accurate nightly processing.

The role requires warehouse supervisory experience, familiarity with WMS, and forklift/reach truck operations. This full-time position offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Demonstrated warehouse supervisory/management experience.
• Experience with forklift or reach truck preferred.
• Experience with performance metrics and Warehouse Management System (WMS) is a plus.

• Manage nightly warehouse operations, including returns, receiving, put away, transfers, restock, freight and conversion.

Hours

Sunday - Thursday, 8:30 PM to 6 AM.

Position Responsibilities

• Manage nightly warehouse operations, including returns, receiving, put away, transfers, restock, freight, parcels and conversion.
• Lead and develop a team of warehouse employees to deliver legendary customer service.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy, safety and performance in nightly warehouse operations.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Demonstrated warehouse supervisory / management experience.
• Equipment experience, such as forklift and reach truck, preferred.
• Performance metrics and Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience a plus.
