Job summary

Uline is seeking a Warehouse Manager to direct a 1,000,000-square-foot Pleasant Prairie facility. You will manage nightly operations, including returns, receiving, put away, transfers, restock and freight, while leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service.

The role requires supervisory experience, with a preference for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree. Prior WMS knowledge and forklift experience are a plus. Competitive benefits accompany this on-site position.

Hours: Sunday - Thursday, 8:30 PM to 6 AM.

Position Responsibilities

Manage nightly warehouse operations, including returns, receiving, put away, transfers, restock, freight, parcels and conversion.

Lead and develop a team of warehouse employees to deliver legendary customer service.

Maintain high levels of accuracy, safety and performance in nightly warehouse operations.

High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Demonstrated warehouse supervisory / management experience.

Equipment experience, such as forklift and reach truck, preferred.

Performance metrics and Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience a plus.
