You will drive efficiency in storage, inventory flows, and stand readiness, while managing labor cost and ensuring timely deliveries for game days and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–5 years of supervisory experience in high-volume hospitality/food & beverage environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, detail orientation and the ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Manage cataloging, inventory control, storage and distribution of materials and equipment.
• Lead warehouse team; monitor labor cost and staffing efficiency.

About the Role

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing warehouse operations at Etihad Park with a focus on personnel leadership, operational execution, and guest service. The role supports the Director, Operations in delivering consistent, high-quality service, managing labor and inventory performance, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

WHAT YOU'LL DO (KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & OUTCOMES)

• Ensure thecontrol procedures are being used for cataloging, inventory control, bulk storage anddistribution of materials, equipment and supplies andassistinmaintainingthis supplysystem.
• Coordinate all warehousing activities with management team and warehouse team,scheduling, payroll andmonitoringthe labor cost and effective use of employees.
• Receive store and distribute supplies and equipment inlarge, centralizedwarehousing operations and make sure they are delivered to the stands/pods prior togame day.
• Use storage systems,policiesand procedures to ensure maximum use and efficiencyof space and storage areas in warehousing operations.
• Submit reports of damage, outdatedstockor supplies, over and under shipments,return of goods tovendors, etc.
• Contact vendors to reconcile invoice discrepancies, shortages, shipments or toarrange for emergency shipments or requisitions.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations.
• Perform other related duties,tasksand responsibilities asrequiredfrom time totime.
• Meets warehouse operational standards by implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. Also resolves problems and identifies warehouse system improvements.
• Oversee the movement of inventory to and from warehouse and coordinates inventory transfers with related departments.
• Delivers supplies and equipment to departments by receiving and transferring items.
• Maintains storage area by organizing floor space, adheres to storage design principles, and recommends improvements.
• Maintains inventory by conducting daily/monthly physical counts, reconciling variances, and inputs data.
• Utilizes Yellow Dog Inventory System to record and track inventory flow between departments and perpetual inventories.
• Keeps equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, requiring preventive maintenance, and calling for repairs.
• Ensure safety and health standards are recorded and maintained daily.
• Other duties as assigned by Senior Management

WHAT YOU BRING (QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE)

• Ability to manage appropriate steps to get projects completed; has strong abilities to organize people and processes; can create a plan for resourceful workflow
• Can manage people and resources to get projects completed; has a strong ability to multi-task and keep order.
• Is very detail oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and/or in a team environment
• Must have computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree.

• 2-5 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume, fast-paced, food and beverage, or hospitality environment.

• Excellent customer service.

• Strong technical skills, ability to create spreadsheets and planograms for storing and stocking.

• Can be trusted to act in a manner that is truthful and values direct, honest communication at all levels of the organization.

• Strong interpersonal skills; can effectively communicate and relate to all levels within and outside the organization; creates and builds positive and productive relationships.

COMPENSATION

The salary range for this position is$85,000 annuallycommensuratewith experience, skills, and qualifications.Legends Global offers a competitive total rewards package, including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401k plan.
