Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, storage, logistics, and staff supervision.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, shortages, overstock, and replenishment needs.
• Receive incoming shipments and ensure products are accurately counted, labeled, and stored.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers, vendors, and carriers.
• Coordinate deliveries, communicate with the delivery team, and follow up to ensure orders are received by customers.
• Stock and organize merchandise and maintain orderly, accessible product areas.
• Rotate inventory using FIFO practices and remove damaged or expired products when applicable.
• Assist customers with locating products and answering inventory-related questions.
• Set up and take down promotional displays as needed.
• Maintain clean and organized warehouse, stockroom, aisle, and sales-floor areas.
• Help develop and follow warehouse procedures, operational guidelines, safety requirements, and security protocols.
• Assist with physical warehouse duties, including unpacking shipments, moving merchandise, and handling heavier items.
