Job summary

Kettle Cuisine is seeking a Warehouse Manager to coordinate and optimize all activities in the warehouse across three shifts. You will maximize labor and equipment utilization, ensure accurate raw material handling, and maintain strict adherence to QA sampling and documentation.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in food manufacturing, strong leadership, ERP know-how, and deep HACCP/SQF knowledge to drive safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a food manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Knowledge of ERP and IT systems.
• Familiarity with SQF, HACCP, USDA and FDA requirements.
• Detail oriented with process discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage department up to 50 across 3 shifts with staffing oversight.
• Plan work, track results, and resolve variances.
• Coordinate with Purchasing to allocate delivery times.
• Ensure samples collected for QA; maintain inventory accuracy.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost/efficiency initiatives.
• Ensure documentation and regulatory records are complete.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders and vendors.

Job SummaryTo manage, organize and control all activities within the Warehouse function.
