Job summary

Sodexo is seeking an operations leader to manage warehouse functions and staff, directing end-to-end logistics and replenishment across domestic and international markets. You will oversee inventory strategy, safety, and cross-functional collaboration to drive cost-effective operations.

Experience in warehousing, supply chain, or procurement with strong safety knowledge (OSHA/HACCP/GMP) is essential, along with a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in related roles.

Step into a pivotal operations leadership role where you'll manage end-to-end warehouse functions and help shape a high-performing supply chain that drives business success. From inventory strategy and logistics oversight to cross-functional collaboration and team development, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth, cost-effective operations across domestic and international markets.

Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.

Pay Range: $89250 - $115500
