Job summary

Gotworx Staffing in Pompano Beach, FL is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and logistics. You will supervise staff, ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped on time, manage inventory, perform cycle counts, and maintain equipment and a clean working environment.

The role reports to the EVP of Operations and requires experience with barcoding, handheld scanners, forklift operation, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Monitor staff to ensure weekly orders are picked, packed and shipped on time.
• Manage warehouse inventory and conduct cycle counts.
• Maintain equipment and keep a clean, organized warehouse.
• Motivate and lead warehouse staff while ensuring company procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with LTL companies and coordinate international containers for loading.
