Job summary

Action Industries in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations, drive accuracy, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment, and ensure on‑time delivery of products.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to manage a team through daily shipping/receiving, inventory control, and continuous improvement initiatives. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• 5 years of management/supervisory experience in a fast-moving environment.
• Warehouse experience (shipping/receiving) preferred.
• Lean training / process improvement experience.
• Inventory management skills.
• Computer proficiency: spreadsheets, data entry; SAP experience a plus.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot warehouse equipment (punch press, drill press, pneumatic tools, forklift).
• Supervisory and leadership skills.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated emotional intelligence.
• Forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the warehouse team to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
• Maintain safe and efficient warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Promote continuous improvement and lean initiatives.
• Collaborate with logistics and production to optimize shipping/receiving.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and oversee equipment maintenance.
